When you don’t respond to your customer's concern is actually ruins the buy process. Pitiful. You suck!!!
Hat could be a little larger in size
...since it's a 'strap-back, OSFM' style, and I wear a L/XL hat size, it makes my head look pointy when I wear it, and I'm NOT a Liberal. So now it sits on a shelf.
If you ever release this hat style in Flexfit L/XL, please let me know.
